PURPOSE: A metal imaging device is provided to utilize an isotope selectively for diagnosing the specific disease by utilizing a positron decay isotope and a gamma delay isotope. CONSTITUTION: A medical imaging device includes an MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging) device(110), at least one compton camera(120), a transfer rail(130), a data processor(140), and an output unit(150). An MRI device provides the anatomical information of the subject. The compton camera provides the functional information of the subject. The transfer rail transfers the compton camera to the inside or outside of the MRI. The data processor processes the anatomical information provided from the MRI device and the functional information provided from the compton camera. The output unit outputs the image formed by the data processor.
