PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle information terminal for efficiently collecting information about a using situation about a function possessed by the on-vehicle information terminal without making a driver aware. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle information terminal is an on-vehicle information terminal for providing a plurality of functions to the driver of the vehicle. The on-vehicle information terminal includes a using situation acquiring means for acquiring information about the using situation of each function by the driver, and a using situation notifying means for notifying a data collection server of the information obtained by the using situation acquiring means at a predetermined timing.
