The weighing cell has a round weighing plate (3) connected with an upper area of a concentric bending ring (5) by an internal circular bending joint (4). The bending ring is supported in an upper part over an exterior circular bending joint (6) on a positioning ring (7). A capacitive sensor unit (9) detects deformations of the bending ring within its lower area. The sensor unit includes an electrical condenser (10) with a condenser surface (11) on inner side or outer side of the bending ring and another annular condenser surface (12) facing the condenser surface (11).
