PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery charge management device attaining more efficient utilization of electric power generated by a solar battery mounted on a vehicle. SOLUTION: The battery charge management device performs charge from the solar battery 31 for performing charge to an on-vehicle battery 33 to a rechargeable battery 4 for outside equipment used as a power source to equipment outside the vehicle by controlling a switching control part 35. Further, based on information of generated electric power estimated based on information regarding values of solar radiation at the present location of the vehicle, a destination of the vehicle and a route from the present location of the vehicle to the destination and information of electricity accumulation capacity of the rechargeable battery 4 for the outside equipment, according to the present location, the destination and the route, it is determined that the rechargeable battery 4 for the outside equipment completes charge in a predetermined time or it is determined how many rechargeable battery 4 for the outside equipment can complete charge within a predetermined time.
