<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of shortening certainly the warm-up time for viewing digital broadcasting. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor includes a first control portion, a first control program storage portion, and a memory, as an information processing function unit. Moreover, the information processor comprises a second control portion arranged independently with the first control portion, a second program storage portion arranged independently with the first control program storage portion, a digital broadcast reception portion, and an audio and video output portion. The second program storage portion stores a control program to be written into the second control portion and application for television viewing. The digital broadcast reception portion receives broadcast data and performs decoding, according to indication from the second control portion. The audio and video output portion performs displaying of video images and reproducing of sound, according to indication from the second control portion. It is characterized in that a bus for television viewing for performing handover of audio and video data is installed between the digital broadcast reception portion and the audio and video output portion, without passing through a general-purpose bus for performing handover of data with the information processing function unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
