<p>The device has a flashing light module for a cable bound and wireless telephone apparatus i.e. mobile radio telephone, where activity of the light module is clearly noticed by a deaf person. The light module is energized from an energy supply of the mobile radio telephone. Lighting provided by the light module is reflected at a wall, provides a clearly visible signal and allows the person to observe the lighting when the person turns back to the apparatus.</p>
