<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face expression recognizing device which can reliably recognize person's face expressions even if the face expressions have similar parts such as eyes or mouths, an imaging device, a method, and a program. <P>SOLUTION: A face expression recognizing device 10 detects person's face images from input images, calculates face expression evaluation values corresponding to the face expressions from the detected face images, updates a relationship between the calculated face expression evaluation values and face expression determine thresholds provided for the expression evaluation values on the basis of the face images, and determines expressions of the face images on the basis of the updated relationship between the expression evaluation values and the expression determine thresholds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
