摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that different cases arise in the thickness of a luminescent layer, depending on a region close to the end of a substrate and a region close to the center of the substrate, as far as a single discharging region is concerned, simply due to the difference of drying rate in the region close to the end of the substrate and the region close to the center of the substrate. SOLUTION: In step S130, process to obtain a drying rate profile of functional fluid in a pixel image region with regard to each pixel, is executed. In step S140, process to establish a discharge position of the functional fluid for each pixel from the drying rate profile, is carried out. By this process, a position for discharging the liquid material so as to offset the film thickness difference of a functional film to be formed by the drying rate difference in a single pixel region. As a result, the liquid material discharged to each pixel indicates that a position where the height of its liquid level from the substrate P is greatest, is lop-sided to the center of the substrate P. Consequently, the film thickness of the functional film to be formed after drying treatment, is substantially uniform by offsetting the drying rate difference in the pixel region.
