摘要 <p>Provided is an electric stove which raises heat ray reflection efficiency in a mirror surface portion, and thereby reduces loss in terms of heat efficiency as much as possible and which controls the temperature of the mirror surface portion so that the temperature never rises more than necessary, and thereby suppresses the deterioration of the heat ray reflection efficiency in the mirror surface portion. An electric stove (10) comprises an electric heating element arranged on a portion deviated from a portion immediately under an object to be heated, a first mirror surface portion which is arranged in such a manner that the electric heating element is surrounded by the first mirror surface portion and which reflects a heat ray radiated from the electric heating element, a second mirror surface portion which is arranged under the electric heating element, which reflects the heat ray reflected by the first mirror surface portion substantially immediately upward and collects heat to the lower side of the object to be heated, and which is in the shape of a rotation second curved surface, temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of the second mirror surface portion, rotation means which allows the second mirror surface portion to be rotatable, and cooling cleaning means for cooling and cleaning the second mirror surface portion in cooperation with the rotation means. The rotation means and the cooling cleaning means are appropriately controlled according to the temperature of the second mirror surface portion detected by the temperature detection means. The second mirror surface portion is not heated more than necessary.</p>
