A hair dryer is configured in a such a manner that the material of a projection (45) serving as a part to be engaged is different from the material of a base end side connection part (30) serving as a base end side portion to which a click receiving member (36) with the projection (45) is fixedly attached. Suitable materials can be selected for the part to be engaged and the base end side connection part (30) respectively, whereby the durability of a click structure can be improved more than that in the case where the part to be engaged is made of a material suitable for the base end side connection part (30).
