<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the appearance of an interior from being degraded by the exposure of a head part of a machine screw, in a cylindrical decorative plate fixed on a wall surface via the machine screw. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Fixing piece parts 11 for fixing a pair of divided bodies P<SB>1</SB>, P<SB>2</SB>integrated and combined by fitting on a wall surface W<SB>11</SB>are formed only near both end parts in a circumference direction of a divided decorative flange part F<SB>1</SB>of the divided body P<SB>1</SB>which is one of two divided bodies into which the cylindrical decorative plate P is divided. When the pair of the divided bodies P<SB>1</SB>, P<SB>2</SB>are fitted and fixed on the wall surface W<SB>11</SB>, each fixing piece part 11 formed near the both ends in the circumference direction of a divided decorative flange part F<SB>1</SB>of the divided body P<SB>1</SB>is covered by arrangement in which a divided decorative flange part F<SB>2</SB>of the divided body P<SB>2</SB>overlaps the same in a front view which is a direction perpendicular to the wall surface W<SB>11</SB>.
