<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the ununiformity of a film thickness, in formation of a color filter for a liquid crystal display or the like, and a thin film for a functional film or the like for an organic EL device. <P>SOLUTION: This discharge method or the like has a delivery process for delivering a liquid-like body from nozzles 52 to an area E to be delivered, while moving relatively a nozzle line 52a comprising the plurality of nozzles 52 for delivering the liquid-like body, and a substrate P having the area to be delivered comprising rectangular-shaped pixel areas F partitioned matrix-likely, along a main scanning direction substantially orthogonal to the nozzle line 52a, and the nozzle line 52a and/or the substrate P are/is moved relatively at least once along a subscanning direction substantially orthogonal to the main scanning direction, in the delivery process for one of the pixel areas F, to deliver the liquid-like body from the nozzles 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
