<p>A training machine which is provided with a machine main body (4), a pair of swing arms (24, 26) supported swingably by the machine main body (4), and grip means (28, 30) supported rotatably by the swing arms (24, 26). In the across-the-width center of the machine main body (4), a bench section (14) for lying on the back is provided. At the across-the-width both-end sections of the machine main body (4), support sections (6, 8) are provided. The swing arms (24, 26) are swingably mounted to the support sections (6, 8) through shaft members (32) extending in an anteroposterior direction. The grip means (28, 30) are each supported rotatably by the swing arms (24, 26) and each provided with a first grip section for performing dumbbell fly training and a second grip section (50) for performing dumbbell press training.</p> |
