PURPOSE: A two-axis hinge device and a mobile terminal apparatus is provided to prevent microwave interference which occurs when the two-axis hinge device is large. CONSTITUTION: A two-axis hinge device and a mobile terminal apparatus includes the first rotation axis forming unit(4), a rotation arm(7,8), the second rotation axis forming unit(5) and a hole unit association connecting member(43). The first rotation axis forming unit forms the first rotation axis. The rotation arm is fixed to the first housing and installed in the first rotation axis forming unit to rotate around the first rotation axis. The second rotation axis forming unit is fixed to the second housing.
