PURPOSE: A glass substrate transfer robot is provided to make vacuum suction in the width central part of a glass substrate stronger when the glass substrate loaded on the fingers droops. CONSTITUTION: A glass substrate transfer robot comprises a list block(10), a finger(20), a vacuum suction pad(23), and a ring pad(24). The list block is fixed to the transfer side end of a robot arm. The fingers are extended from the list block to load glass substrates. The vacuum suction pad is equipped on the fingers extended from both ends of the list block. The ring pad is equipped on the finger positioned between the fingers in which the vacuum suction pad is attached, where the height of the ring pad is higher than the height of the vacuum suction pad.
