PURPOSE: A method and a system for processing affiliated store payment by non-financial affiliated company cash and a recording medium therefor are provided to associate an offline affiliated store with a self cash system to process payment, thereby activating payment using a cash account of a self cash system. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing affiliated store payment by non-financial affiliated company cash comprises the following steps. Cash account information of a client name in a self cash system and at least one affiliated company code information are associated and stored in a storage medium. Payment authentication request information such as card information and payment cost information is received from an affiliated store. It is checked whether an affiliated store corresponding to the affiliated stored code information is a payment authentication target through an associated cash account associated with card information by associating with the storage medium(1210).
