FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cement composition. Cement contains the following, in wt %: wastes from processing boron-containing mineral raw material from the Dalnegorsk deposit datolite - wollastonite skarn, heated to temperature 100 to 120C, obtaining hemihydrate gypsum 4 to 8, portland cement clinker - the rest, alkalising additive in form of dry granular material in an amount sufficient for providing pH of not less than 11.
