FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to ultrasonic devices for making of suspensions, mixtures, homogenised food products, and may be used in food industry. Ultrasonic homogeniser comprises working chamber, having ultrasonic radiator with focusing length, which increases density of ultrasonic radiation. Homogenising funnel is attached to working chamber, taper angle of which coincides with angle of ultrasonic radiation convergence, which is provided with a focusing lens. A conical outlet nozzle is fixed to homogenising funnel for drain of suspension, emulsion, liquid food products. At outlet nozzle there is a valve for control of efficiency and time of product stay in homogenising funnel. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of mixing and homogenisation of products. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
