A method for making cylindrical rim of large-dimension reservoirs includes formation of given area of surface of sheet of sheet elements through laying those with edges one to another, welded connection of edges and formation of cylindrical surface of reservoir. According to the invention formation of area of surface of sheet is carried out on horizontal site, and welded joint of sheets of sheet elements is implemented in two stages: at first one welds edges of sheet elements on horizontal site, after that at second stage – to end of sheet (generatrix of cylinder) one installed coil with radius smaller than radius of reservoir, one fixes end of sheet on coil and by means of traction mechanisms one winds sheet to coil, at that simultaneously, with winding, one performs outer welding of all seams of sheet at edges of sheet elements, after that one installs coil to place of mounting with formation of cylindrical surface of reservoir through unwinding sheet from coil with following welding of vertical seam. The technical result is in increase of strength of welded joints of sheet elements at making cylindrical rim of large-dimension reservoirs, strength and reliability of the rim itself at simultaneous decrease of labor consumption and power consumption of production. |
