PURPOSE: A mobile communication broadcast system and a binary conversion method of additional information for synchronization are provided to perform bidirectional service of a mobile communication network system and a satellite DMB broadcast service. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication broadcast method of additional information for synchronization is as follows. A digital broadcast reception terminal displays broadcast contents(S502). The additional information is received BIFS information. The received BIFS information is displayed by synchronizing the broadcast contents. The service providing server searches for the requested additional information(S512). The searched additional information is converted to the expansion MPEG document of an XML base(S514).
