<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion part which is curved or straightened into a rod shape with a simple structure and a laparoscopic surgical instrument using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The insertion part 1 for the laparoscopic surgical instrument has the operation part and the insertion part, and comprises a hard exterior member 2 and a freely curving soft guide middle tube 3.
