<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor capable of preventing exfoliation of a layer during preservation, and having significantly improved accuracy, and to provide a manufacturing method of such a biosensor. <P>SOLUTION: This biosensor includes an insulating substrate, electrodes formed on the insulating substrate, and including at least a working electrode and a counter electrode, and a sample supply part formed on the electrodes, and the sample supply part includes the first reaction layer, including an electron carrier, a hydrophilic polymer and particles, and the second reaction layer formed separately from the first reaction layer, and containing oxygen, a hydrophilic polymer and particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
