<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a development device for preventing image quality deterioration by preventing a toner from flying from a development roller to a photoreceptor in non-development, and to provide an image forming apparatus having it. <P>SOLUTION: First bias Vslv is applied on the development roller 22, and second bias Vmag is applied on a magnetic roller 23 to be developed. After development completion, a peak voltage value Vpp2(max) between the toner and the same polarity side is lowered from a development time out of an alternating current component Vpp2 of Vmag without modifying setting of Vslv, and horizontal stripe generating on photoreceptor drums 1a-1d is prevented in non-development by collecting a development remaining toner on the development roller 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
