<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make IC card reading possible or impassible by the opening/closing of an opening/closing means. <P>SOLUTION: This non-contact type IC card skimming prevention device 1 has a substrate 1a, a loop-shaped conductive member 2 arranged on the substrate 1a and having a shape concealing a loop antenna 10 when it overlaps a non-contact type card 5, and the opening/closing means 3 for connecting both ends of the conductive member 2 in a freely openable/closable way.
