PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination type battery which has improved reliability and productivity, by making a smooth electrical connection between current collector terminals when a battery pack is assembled by using a plenty of batteries, and to provide a manufacturing jig of a laminated battery group and a manufacturing method of the laminated type battery by using the jig. SOLUTION: In the laminated type battery, there is arranged a spacer 30 which has a length substantially identical to the width of a laminate electrode body 10 and exists at substantially the same position as with both side-surfaces of the laminate electrode body 10, in a space existing between an inner side-surface of a laminate external package body 25, which exists at a portion where both the current collector terminals 15, 16 extrude and the laminate electrode body 10; and on both the current collector terminals 15, 16, there are formed positioning penetration holes 15a, 16a; and meanwhile, locking-positioning projections 32c, 33c which position-fit to the penetrationholes 15a, 16a are arranged, at positions that correspond to the positioning penetration holes 15a, 16a on the spacer 30.
