<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a structure for maintaining the pneumatic pressure of a tire in a wheel adaptable to puncture. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wheel adaptable to puncture uses a packing in which a polymeric compound which is deformable or does not have a tendency to deform is used between the joined surface of the parts forming the wheel.
