<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for simply, promptly and sensitively detecting a disease marker without performing B/F separation. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed are a new aptamer molecule having a specific base sequence and binding to luciferase, particularly, a new aptamer molecule binding to luciferase and also suppressing the enzymatic activity of luciferase, a luciferase-binding aptamer usable also as an enzymatic control aptamer of AES (aptameric enzyme subunit), and a detection system having extremely high sensitivity, using luminescence of luciferase and obtained by combining an aptamer capable of controlling luciferase activity with another aptamer recognizing a desired target substance such as a disease marker. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
