PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament enhancing the therapeutic effects of cisplatin in the carcinoma or case of cisplatin resistance. SOLUTION: The activity of the cisplatin is enhanced by clinically administering phosphodiesterase IIIB (PDE3B) inhibitor in combination with the cisplatin to the carcinoma or case of the cisplatin resistance or the whole case carrying out the cisplatin administration.
