The method involves sending a content request (CR) for requesting medium contents (C) of a content provider (CP) by a user. The requested medium contents are released by the content provider for the user. The requested medium contents of the content provider are transmitted to the user. A defined type of transaction (TT) is assigned to the medium contents of the content provider, where the type of transaction determines respective request process, release process and/or transmission process. A user identity (N) e.g. telephone number, of the user is selected from multiple user identities.
