<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste toner conveying device and an image forming apparatus, capable of preventing waste toner from clogging in a delivery part or merging part of waste toner conveying paths. <P>SOLUTION: The waste toner conveying device includes a first conveying path 110 for conveying waste toner accumulated in a first cleaning device 100 with a low paper powder mixing ratio; a second conveying path 112 for conveying waste toner accumulated in a second cleaning device 101 with high paper powder mixing ratio; other waste toner conveying paths for conveying the waste toner conveyed through the first waste toner conveying path and the waste toner conveyed through the second waste toner conveying path to a waste toner storage device 102; and a waste toner conveying member within each waste toner conveying path.
