<p>An electrical frying-roasting device capable of partially high temperature heating, includes a plate (10) and an electrical heating tube (20) mounted in the bottom of the plate, wherein the electrical heating tube (20) is bent to form a compaction arrangement shape at least in one region. A caulking groove (11) adapted for the bending shape of the electrical heating tube (20) is provided in the bottom of the plate (10). The electrical heating tube (20) is correspondingly fitted in the caulking groove (11) in the bottom of the plate (10). The area on the top surface of the plate (10) corresponding to the compaction arrangement of the electrical heating tube (20) is set as a high temperature area (12).</p>
