<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens actuator capable of accurately correcting, in simple configuration, tilting caused by warping or wobbling of surface of an optical disk, and an optical disk device using the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An objective lens actuator comprises: a radial tilt magnet placed tubularly around a radial tilt axis of a lens holder at a terminal portion of a lens holder opposite to an objective lens; and a pair of radial tilt coils fixed at a fixed portion and arranged with the radial tilt magnet therebetween for rotationally driving the lens holder around the radial tilt axis, wherein the objective lens is tilted by rotating the radial tilt magnet with a couple of electromagnetic forces, thereby performing tilt correction.
