摘要

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device for performing efficient and accurate driving support by predicting a sudden braking operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This driving support device includes: a driving operation data acquisition means for acquiring data related with a driving operation; a driving circumstance data acquisition means for acquiring data related with driving circumstances; a table updating means for updating a table in which the stochastic decision of a causal relation between physiology state data irrelevant to any driving operation or driving circumstance and the driving operation data and the driving circumstance data is performed by using a Bayesian network; and a sudden braking operation prediction means for predicting the sudden braking operation from the table updated by the table updating means and the current driving circumstance data.
