PURPOSE: An ultrasonic wave multi-fusing system of a geocell sheet and a method thereof are provided to reduce working time and protect a tool horn and reduce fatigue fractures by reducing melting time. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic wave multi-fusing system of a geocell sheet comprises lots of support jigs(20), lots of tool horns(30), lots of attaching/detaching units, and a MICOM(50). The support jig is equipped on the top of the main body. The support jig supports the geocell sheet elevated on the top of the support jig. The tool horn is equipped to lift on the top of the geocell sheet. The tool horn fuses the geocell sheet with supersonic vibration. The attaching/detaching unit attaches and detaches the geocell sheet fused in the support jig with supersonic waves. The MICOM makes the geocell sheet which is vertically laminated to be welded in a zigzag shape. |
