PURPOSE: A concrete structure dismantling device having a cyclone dust collector with a diamond wire saw and a dismantling method using the same are provided to maximize cutting efficiency by changing a surface area in which a diamond segment is formed. CONSTITUTION: A concrete structure dismantling device having a cyclone dust collector includes a bracket, a guide member, a diamond wire saw(30), and a connector. The bracket is installed at the bottom of the concrete structure. The guide member has a guide roller. The diamond wire saw includes a wire(31), a thick and a thin beads(33,34), and a plurality of spacers(36). The wire is driven by the diamond wire saw. The wire is installed according to a guide roller. A diamond segment(37) is attached to the beads.
