<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that uniform supply of a fluid and steam to a collection portion is difficult in enlargement of an apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An edge portion of the upper end of the outer pipe (collection portion) 5 of each tube unit 2 is connected to the upper tube seat 3a and the inside of the outer pipe 5 is communicated with an upper channel 8a. On the top of the upper channel 8a, there is provided a collection portion steam outlet 7 for drawing steam out of the outer pipe 5. The upper end of the inner pipe (concentration portion) 4 of the each tube unit 2 penetrates through the upper tube seat 3a.
