PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residential fire alarm that can reliably actuate various functions indispensable to fire alarms under various needs such as a low power consumption, a long life, and a lower cost by reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: A CPU clock 8 of a microcontroller using a clock generation means (clock source) of low frequency accuracy is adjusted by a reference clock generation means 6 of high frequency accuracy to make the frequency and predetermined output intervals of alarm output signals constant.
