摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing structure of a sprocket capable of reducing tension of a chain during high speed rotation while suppressing flutter of the chain during low speed rotation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The installing structure of the sprocket is provided with cams 61, 63, 65 having nose part for opening a valve, a large-diameter sprocket 21A2 for rotating with the cam shaft and the chain 33 for transmitting power to the large-diameter sprocket 21A2 wherein the large-diameter sprocket 21A2 is formed to circumferentially align an A part of which radial tensile rigidity is relatively high and a B part of which radial tensile rigidity is relatively low. The A part is arranged at a position for specifying the distance from a rotation center of the large-diameter sprocket 21A2 to a tension side of the chain 33 when the tension of the chain 33 becomes maximum in a rotation of the large-diameter sprocket 21A2.
