BUS BAR AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus bar which is free from a decrease in strength of connection with an electric wire unlike wire bonding although being made of an aluminum material with high hardness.

SOLUTION: The bus bar is formed of the aluminum material and has an electric wire connection portion to which the electric wire is connected, and an oxide film on a surface layer of the aluminum material is removed at the electric wire connection portion. The aluminum material is preferably made of A6000 aluminum of the ISO standard.
