<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel for suppressing the influence of static electricity and shortening manufacturing steps. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal panel includes: an array side substrate 2 on which pixel electrodes and a common electrode are formed; a CF side substrate 1 arranged oppositely to the array side substrate 2; a liquid crystal layer 10 held between the array side substrate 2 and the CF side substrate 1; a CF surface side pattern 4 formed on a surface of the CF side substrate 1, which is the opposite side to the liquid crystal layer 10; a CF side through electrode 3 formed so as to pierce through the CF side substrate 1 in a frame area 12 of the CF side substrate 1 and electrically connected to the CF surface side pattern 4; a transfer electrode 23 formed on a surface of the array side substrate 2, which is on the liquid crystal layer 10 side; and a transfer material 7 formed between the array side substrate 2 and the CF side substrate 1 to electrically connect the transfer electrode 23 to the CF side through electrode 3.
