<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visitor reception device that notifies a person to be visited of the visit of a visitor without troubling the person to be visited, when the visitor has arrived earlier than a visit schedule, and to provide its program and a visitor reception system. <P>SOLUTION: The visitor reception device 1 includes a means for: acquiring an action schedule of the person to be visited, with whom the visitor desires to make an appointment from an action schedule database of the person to be visited; permitting notification of visit information of the visitor to the person to be visited, if other action schedule is not set in the action schedule database of the person to be visited by the time before the visit schedule, when the visitor has arrived earlier than the visit schedule; and not permitting notification of visit information of the visitor to the person to be visited, if other action schedule has been set in the action schedule database of the person to be visited by the time before the visit schedule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
