<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static electricity prevention charcoal sheet which can better remove impedance due to static electricity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A static electricity prevention charcoal agent in which a charcoal layer 1 is not soiled is obtained by mixing charcoal powder, ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive and water. The static electricity prevention charcoal agent is used for static electricity prevention by being applied to various material, for example, a static electricity prevention charcoal sheet obtained by forming the charcoal layer 1 on a sheet.
