PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of a solenoid device more.

SOLUTION: In this solenoid valve 20, a plunger 36 is attracted to a first core 34 by a magnetic flux flowing in a magnetic circuit formed by electrifying a coil 32, and a spool 44 energized in the energizing direction from a first core 34 side is pushed to the first core 34 side as a movable direction, and a permanent magnet 60 arranged in the first core 34 attracts the first core 34 and the plunger 36 when a distance between the plunger 36 and the first core 34 becomes a predetermined distance or less. Since the permanent magnet 60 attracts the first core 34 and the plunger 36, position of the spool 44 can be held without supplying power to the coil 32. The permanent magnet 60 is arranged so that a pole S and a pole N thereof are arranged in the movable direction, and arranged on a side different from a side on which the plunger 36 is attracted to the first core 34 for abutment.
