<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platemaking method of a planographic printing plate material, for obtaining a planographic printing plate that can be developed without using a developer solution having a high pH, reduces environmental load and has excellent plate wear. <P>SOLUTION: The platemaking method of a planographic printing plate material includes an imagewise exposure step of imagewisely exposing a planographic printing plate material having a photosensitive layer on a support by use of a laser light source and a development process step of developing the imagewisely exposed planographic printing plate material. The method is characterized in that: the developer solution used in the development process has a pH of not more than 10.0; the imagewise exposure in the imagewise exposure step is carried out while heating the plate surface of the planographic printing plate material at 70°C to 120°C; and the method includes a post-heating step of subjecting the plate to post-heating after the exposure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
