<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high insulation film excellent in electrical properties, heat resistance, easy handling such as windability and processability. <P>SOLUTION: The high insulation film is a biaxially stretched film mainly composed of a syndiotactically structured polystyrene-based polymer containing inactive micro-particles having an average particle size of not less than 0.2μm and not larger than 3.0μm and a relative standard deviation of the particle size of not larger than 0.5 and an antioxidant. Specific orientation in structure gives the biaxially stretched film a refractive index in the thickness direction of not less than 1.6050 and not more than 1.6550. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
