<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic steel sheet for high frequency, which has high magnetic density and high workability. <P>SOLUTION: The grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet has crystal orientation controlled to an appropriate range. Particularly, in the electromagnetic steel sheet, the sheet thickness (t) and the average crystal grain size (d) satisfy the relations: 0.03 mm≤t≤0.15 mm and 1≤d/t<5, crystals having orientation deviated from Goss orientation ä110} <001> by <15° account for ≥10% but <90% of the total area, the average Si concentration within a depth of sheet thickness×0.1 from the steel sheet surface is 6.0-6.6 mass%, and the average Si concentration at the mid-thickness position is 3.8-5.0%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
