<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual inspection device of an annular member capable of shortening an inspection time by a simple constitution while keeping a high inspection precision. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The visual inspection device includes an illumination means 20 for illuminating the inner peripheral surface 100a of an annular inspection target 100, a reflector 10 having a reflecting surface 101 for photographing the whole of the inner peripheral surface 100a of the inspection target 100 illuminated by the illumination means 20, an imaging means 30 for imaging the whole of the inner peripheral surface 100a of the inspection target 100 photographed on the reflector 10 at once, and a discrimination means 40 for discriminating the presence of a flaw in the inner peripheral surface 100a of the inspection target 100 on the basis of the image photographed by the imaging means 30. The illumination means 20 and the imaging means 30 are provided on one edge surface side of the inspection target 100, and the reflector 10 is arranged on the outside of the other edge surface of the inspection target 100.
