<p>Actuator unit (2) for a hydraulic brake mechanism on two-wheelers, comprising a housing (4) fastened to the handlebar, a brake cylinder (7) being arranged substantially perpendicular to the handlebar in the housing (4), a piston (8) movable in it and a brake lever (1) acting on the piston (8) at an intermediate portion remote from either end of said lever (1), said lever (1) being mounted at one end thereof to rotate relative to the housing (4), wherein the brake lever (1) is mounted adjustably movable with respect to an axis substantially at an end of said lever (1), said axis being unchangeable in position but rotatably mounted to said housing (4), said adjustment option being provided for by the adjustment mechanism, wherein said lever (1), the adjustment mechanism and said axis rotate together relatively to said housing (4) upon operation.</p> |
