PURPOSE: An input buffer is provided to reduce an output delay skew due to the variation of a cross point of an input signal. CONSTITUTION: An input buffer includes a delay compensating unit(30). A delay compensating unit outputs a third signal by mixing a first signal and a second signal. The first signal is produced by buffering the input signal using the signal with an opposite phase. The second signal is produced by buffering an input signal using a reference voltage signal. The delay compensating unit includes a first inverter, a second inverter, a first pull-up driver, a first pull-down driver, and a second pull-up driver. The first inverter inverts the first signal and outputs the inverted signal. The second inverter inverts the second signal and outputs the inverted signal. The first pull-up driver pull-up drives one node in response to the output signal of the first inverter. The first pull-down driver pull-down drives the node in response to the output signal of the second inverter. The second pull-up driver pull-up drives the node in response to the output signal of the second inverter.
