摘要 A method for producing thermoelectric alloys on the basis of tin, lead and germanium tellurides according to which the initial substance is disposed in the quartz vacuumized ampoule and in the two-stage furnace. Temperature of the first zone of the furnace is higher than the temperature of melting of the initial substance (~1250 К). Temperature of the second zone is lower than the temperature of melting of the initial substance. The ampoule with the initial substance is maintained in the first zone till the obtaining of the melt and it is disposed into the second zone till the realization of crystallization. The obtained ingots are grinded and hot pressing is carried out in vaccum. The solid solution of SnPbGeTe alloyed with 5 mol. % SbТеis used as the initial material.
